Shipping policy

At this time I ship all items via UPS, unless another service is requested customers will be charged accordingly.  Once items have benn shipped customers will receive their tracking number.  I am not responsible to any lost or damaged products once they are scanned in at the shipping facilities.  However if there is a case of a missing package please email cynthia@cynssincloset.com with your order number, rate of transaction and tracking number so that I am able to handle the claim from my end.
