Refund policy
I have a NO REFUNDS! NO EXCHANGE POLICY! Since this is my policy I ask that you check to make sure you are purchasing the correct size, color and image.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If item is damaged while in transit I am not responsible for replacing damaged items.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges on custom items. Once item has been shipped and received by a customer due to Covid I will not accept exchanges or refunds.
Refunds
There are no refunds due to items are customized. Once an item is paid for it is made and shipped to the customer. Please ensure the shipping address is correct. Due to Covid there will be no refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned due to non delivery the customer has to pay to have items re-shipped to them.
